Yocairys Diaz is a Brooklyn-born founder, strategic advisor, and Influence Architect whose work sits at the intersection of faith, leadership, entrepreneurship, and influence. Her story begins where most would end — incarcerated at 17, facing what felt like a closed door. What happened next was not luck. It was faith, obedience, and an relentless decision to build.
Since her release in December 2019, she has built two organizations, a combined social audience of 130K+, a Christian women's community of 5,000+ women, and a body of work that spans stages, media, advisory rooms, and boardrooms. She didn't study influence. She built it.
As an Influence Architect and strategic advisor, Yocairys has a rare ability to see both the person carrying the vision and the vision itself. She gets to the root before prescribing anything — identifying what is actually missing, connecting what others often treat separately, and architecting the strategy, positioning, structure, and execution needed to move it forward.
