Yocairys Diaz is a Brooklyn-born founder, speaker, and Influence Architect whose work sits at the intersection of faith, leadership, entrepreneurship and influence. Her story begins where most would end — incarcerated at 17, facing what felt like a closed door. What happened next was not luck. It was faith, obedience, and an relentless decision to build.
Since her release in December 2019, she has built two organizations, a combined social audience of 130K+, a Christian women's community of 5,000+ women, and a speaking platform that has taken her across stages, churches, conferences, and media. She didn't study influence. She built it.
As an Influence Architect, Yocairys has a unique ability to see both the person carrying the vision and the vision itself. She gets to the root, identifies what is actually missing, connects the dots, and architects the strategy, positioning, structure and execution needed to move it forward.
